About Biongine 3

What is Biongine?

Biongine is your personal digital health twin – a dynamic, evolving representation of your body built from real biological data. It reflects how your body functions today and how it changes over time, turning complex signals from your biology into a clear, actionable roadmap for a longer, healthier life.

By measuring dozens of biomarkers across cardiovascular health, hormones, metabolism, immunity, and more, Biongine creates a living model of your health – one that helps you understand not just individual results, but how different systems in your body interact with one another.

Because your health is never static, your digital health twin evolves with you. Biongine tracks trends over time, detects subtle shifts early, and gives you the context to act before small changes become real problems.

Think beyond check-ups and wearables. Biongine gives you a continuously updated, science-driven view of your health – designed to help you stay informed, in control, and ahead of your healthy future.

Is Biongine a medical service?

Biongine is a registered healthcare provider focused on prevention rather than clinical treatment. We use high-quality laboratory testing, the same grade used in hospitals, to illuminate how your body is functioning and translate those findings into clear, evidence-based wellness guidance you can act on.

Qualified clinicians review your results and provide practical next steps to support healthier habits and informed conversations with your doctor. However, we don’t diagnose diseases, prescribe medications, or manage treatment plans. Those clinical decisions remain with your physician.

Think of Biongine as your early-warning system—helping you track trends in your biology so you and your doctor can step in sooner and with greater confidence.

Where does Biongine operate?

We currently operate across the European Union.

* - depends on the type of health package you purchased

Who needs Biongine?

Biongine is for anyone who wants a deeper, long-term understanding of their health. The earlier you start building your digital health twin, the clearer the picture becomes. Over time, you’ll see how your body changes, which patterns repeat, and what truly influences your well-being.

That long-term view is where the real value lies. Instead of reacting only when something feels wrong, you gain the ability to make informed, proactive decisions — based on data, not guesswork.

Biongine is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and able to provide informed consent to purchase a health package and use the platform.

How to sign up?

You can create an account directly on our website at www.biongine.com. During registration, you choose one of two health packages, complete your payment, provide basic personal information, and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.

Once registration is complete, you’ll receive full access to the Biongine platform and can schedule your first lab visit.

Why does Biongine offer packages instead of a one-time test?

Because health is a process, not a one-time event. A single test only captures a moment in time – like a snapshot. Biongine is designed to help you build and grow your digital health twin over time.

That’s why we offer two package options:

  • a one-test package, which establishes your baseline and helps you understand where your health stands today, and
  • a two-test package, which allows you to track changes over the year and see how your everyday choices affect your health.

Comparing results over time is where the real value lies – it turns data into insight and supports smarter, long-term health decisions.

How much do Biongine packages cost?

At Biongine, we aim to provide the most comprehensive preventive health solutions at a fair and transparent price. As a pan-European organization, pricing may vary slightly by country.

Currently, the following packages are available:

  • PLN 1,950 – one blood test, one clinician report, and full access to the Biongine platform,
  • PLN 3,150 – two blood tests, two clinician reports, and full access to the Biongine platform.
What do I get with access to the Biongine platform?

Beyond your selected health package, access to the Biongine platform unlocks much more than test results. You gain entry to a curated ecosystem of preventive health – including access to selected lifestyle medicine specialists, additional diagnostic options, and health services you won’t find in one place anywhere else.

The platform brings everything together: your results, health questionnaires, goals, trends, and insights – allowing you to continuously build and refine your digital health twin. This is where data turns into understanding, and understanding turns into action.

How long does access to the Biongine platform last?

Your test results are always yours – you’ll have ongoing access to them in your Biongine account.

Access to the full Biongine platform experience, including advanced features, selected specialists, and additional diagnostic services, is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase. During this time, you can actively build and update your digital health twin, track changes, and explore deeper insights into your health.

By purchasing a new package before the 12-month period ends, you can seamlessly continue monitoring your progress, spot meaningful changes over time, and maintain access to the platform’s advanced functionality, diagnostics, and expert network – without losing continuity.

Important notice: When purchasing the package with two laboratory visits, you can schedule your 2nd lab visit no sooner than four months from your first lab visit. A minimum of three months is recommended between the lab tests to allow time for the recommended and implemented health changes to take effect.

What more does Biongine offer than my regular doctor?

Most doctors see you in moments – a single visit, a single set of results, often focused on a specific issue. Biongine looks at the bigger picture. Blood tests show what’s happening inside your body, but they don’t tell the whole story on their own. That’s where context matters.

Through engaging health questionnaires, we learn about your lifestyle, habits, medical history, and health goals – how you actually live and feel day to day. When those insights are combined with your biomarkers, patterns start to make sense. Results stop being just numbers and start becoming something useful personal health inslights.

The result is a clearer, more complete view of your health that grows over time. Biongine doesn’t replace your doctor – it gives you continuity and understanding in between visits, so you can make better decisions every day.

How is Biongine different from an annual physical exam?

An annual physical is a single point in time. Biongine is a process. Even if you complete one or two blood tests per year, access to the Biongine platform connects them into a continuous story of your health.

Between tests, we continue gathering meaningful context – you update health questionnaires, your goals evolve, and your habits and well-being change. When new results come in, they’re not reviewed in isolation. They become part of your digital health twin, which already understands your history.

This makes it easier to tell whether a change is just a short-term fluctuation, a lifestyle effect, or something worth closer attention. Instead of starting from scratch each time, you build continuity and understanding – step by step, at your own pace.

Does Biongine integrate with wearables or health apps like Oura, Whoop, Garmin or Apple Health?

Not yet. At this stage, Biongine focuses on providing the most accurate and comprehensive biomarker testing and health recommendations. However, we are actively developing integrations with leading wearables and health apps so you can see even more of your health data in one place. Stay tuned, our members will be the first to know as soon as this becomes available.

Lab Tests 9

Which tests are included with a Biongine membership?

Biongine membership gives you access to a comprehensive blood panel that goes far beyond standard check-ups. We cover key systems - heart, thyroid, liver, kidneys, hormones, metabolism, nutrient levels, inflammation markers, and immune health – so you can see how your body is performing as a whole.

But we don’t stop there. Biongine is designed to evolve with science. As new biomarkers and testing technologies become validated, we integrate them into our platform so you always have access to the most up-to-date insights. This means your membership isn’t just a set of fixed labs. It’s a continuously expanding window into your health.

For those who want to go deeper, advanced add-on tests may be available at an additional cost. These can include highly specialized panels or cutting-edge markers under active research. Our goal is to give you the broadest and most meaningful picture of your health - today and in the years ahead.

Why aren’t these comprehensive tests typically ordered during a regular doctor’s visit?

Traditional healthcare is largely designed to respond to illness. In most systems, doctors order specific blood tests only after clear symptoms appear or a condition is suspected. As a result, testing often happens after a problem has already developed.

Requesting a broad panel of tests through a standard visit usually means:

  • convincing a doctor to order many tests at once,
  • paying high out-of-pocket costs for individual advanced tests,
  • waiting a long time for results, often without enough context to understand them.

Biongine takes a different approach. We make comprehensive, whole-body testing accessible through clearly defined packages, and we combine lab results with health questionnaire data to provide clear, easy-to-understand insights. No hidden costs. Just proactive information that helps you act early – before small signals turn into bigger issues.

What are biomarkers?

Biomarkers are measurable signals from your body; things like cholesterol, blood sugar, hormone levels, or markers of inflammation. They show how your organs and systems are working. By tracking biomarkers over time, Biongine helps you see patterns in your health early, long before symptoms appear.

Do biomarkers change naturally?

Yes. Your body is dynamic. Daily factors like food, sleep, stress, movement, and even your environment all leave a trace in your biomarkers. That’s why a single test is just a snapshot. With Biongine, regular testing lets you see the bigger picture: how your biology shifts over time and what actions help you steer it in a healthier direction.

How were the tests in Biongine membership selected?

The Biongine panel wasn’t built at random. It was carefully designed by a team of the most experienced physicians and scientists, drawing on volumes of peer-reviewed research and the principles of evidence-based medicine. Each test was chosen for its ability to reveal early signals of risk, uncover root causes, and give you meaningful insights into your long-term health. Selected biomarkers provide data you can trust - grounded in science - so you can take action before small changes turn into bigger problems.

Is Biongine comprehensive for both women’s and men’s health?

Yes. Biongine is built to account for biological differences between women and men while still looking at the body as a whole – as a connected system, not a set of isolated results.

Our biomarker panel provides a broad view of health for everyone, covering areas such as cardiovascular health, metabolism, hormones, thyroid function, nutrition, and immune health. On top of that, we use health questionnaires with questions tailored specifically to women’s health and men’s health.

This added context helps the clinician reviewing your results understand more than just the numbers. It brings in your lifestyle, health history, goals, and sex-specific factors, allowing for clearer interpretations and more personalized recommendations. The result is insight that’s built around you – not around an average or one-size-fits-all profile.

What add-ons tests are available?

In addition to the core Biongine panel, we are continuously working with medical experts and researchers to identify the most impactful advanced tests to support deeper insights into your health. As science evolves, so will our offering, ensuring you always have access to the most relevant and evidence-based options.

All add-on tests are purchased separately, and their results will appear seamlessly in your Biongine dashboard alongside your core results.

How accurate are the tests?

Accuracy is at the core of Biongine. All samples are processed in accredited partner laboratories that meet strict international standards, including ISO 15189 for medical laboratories, ISO 9001 for quality management, and ISO/IEC 27001 for information security.

Your blood samples are collected by licensed medical professionals and analyzed using advanced, state-of-the-art equipment. This ensures that every result you see in your Biongine dashboard is generated to the highest standards of reliability and safety, trusted by doctors and researchers worldwide.

Can Biongine diagnose conditions or explain my symptoms?

Biongine is a registered healthcare provider, and every set of lab results is carefully reviewed by trained clinicians. From there, we translate complex data into clear, evidence-based health and wellness recommendations, giving you the knowledge to make smarter and conscious choices for your lifestyle and long-term well-being.

That said, Biongine does not provide medical diagnoses or treatments. While our testing panels are the same ones used in clinical practice, and our clinicians guide you with context and preventive insights, only your personal physician can formally diagnose a condition or prescribe care.

Think of Biongine as your health compass: we help you detect patterns, uncover potential imbalances, and understand the connections between your biology and how you feel; whether it’s energy, mood, or sleep. Our mission is to empower you with clarity today, so you and your doctor can act earlier and with more confidence tomorrow.

Scheduling Lab Tests 3

How, where and when of your first lab test?

After signing up for Biongine, you will need to login to your account where you will navigate through the on boarding path. One of the tasks on the way to unlocking the platform will be to register for the lab test. You will look through the available lab locations and pick one the most convenient to you. You do not need to pick a specific day or time. You just need to show up at the lab during their operating hours and provide them your ID and the order number displayed in your dashboard after logging in and purchasing the membership. The staff will take care of the rest.

How many lab visits are required for each test?

For most people, the blood draw can be completed in a single visit. In some cases, for example, if you have an active menstrual cycle and specific hormone timing is important, a second visit may be recommended to ensure the most accurate results.

When you register for your test, Biongine will provide clear instructions tailored to your situation, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Pro tip: staying well-hydrated helps improve blood flow and can make your blood draw faster and more comfortable.

How often should I get tested?

At Biongine, prevention is a process that unfolds over time. That’s why membership is structured around an annual cycle and includes one or two blood tests per year, depending on the plan you choose.

The first test establishes your baseline and lays the foundation for your digital health twin. If you’re on a plan with two tests per year, the second test is done a few months later – allowing you to see how your body is changing and how your everyday choices are influencing your health.

We recommend leaving at least a few months between tests. This gives your body enough time to respond to lifestyle changes and makes comparisons between results truly meaningful.

In addition to the tests included in your membership, you can choose to purchase additional, specialized tests at any time. This can be useful if you want to take a closer look at a specific area of your health or, following your clinician’s recommendation, repeat selected tests after a few months to better assess changes or monitor specific markers.

Preparing for
Tests 4

How much blood do I have to give per visit?

Even though your Biongine panel covers over 90 markers, the amount of blood taken is quite small, usually around 65 milliliters. For comparison, a standard blood donation is about 450 milliliters +/- 45 ml, which is roughly 7 times more. Most people are surprised by how little it actually is.

To make the process smoother, we recommend arriving well-hydrated and fasted. Good hydration improves blood flow and usually makes the draw faster and more comfortable.

Do I need a prescription to order a test?

No prescription is needed. All of your lab tests are ordered and reviewed directly by licensed Biongine clinicians. That means you can skip the paperwork and get started right away, while still knowing that your results are handled under proper medical oversight.

Do I need to fast?

Yes, for most panels we ask that you fast for a minimum of eight hours beforehand. Water is fine but skip food and drinks with calories. Fasting helps ensure that key biomarkers, like blood sugar and lipids, are measured accurately. We also recommend coming in well-hydrated, since good hydration makes the blood draw quicker and easier.

For hormone markers such as testosterone and cortisol, a morning appointment usually gives the most reliable results. If you forget to fast, don’t worry, the test can still be done, but some results may not reflect your true baseline.

If I’m on hormonal birth control, what fertility tests are included?

Biongine runs nearly all standard hormone-related tests - including thyroid markers like TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and many others. The only exceptions are Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Estradiol, and Luteinizing Hormone (LH), since hormonal birth control can significantly distort these results.

This way, you still receive a comprehensive picture of your hormonal health without results that could be misleading.

Understanding Test Results 8

Will my results come with explanations?

Yes. With Biongine, you won’t just see numbers on a page. You’ll get clear explanations of what they mean. Some of your results may appear in your dashboard as soon as they’re ready, while the full panel is carefully reviewed by a Biongine clinician. Once that review is complete, you’ll receive a summary with professional interpretation and personalized wellness recommendations. This usually happens within a week, giving you both speed and depth in understanding your results.

Our goal goes beyond simply reporting data. Biongine helps you see trends in your biomarkers over time and connect them to actionable steps, so you can make informed choices that support your long-term health.

Where do Biongine’s test insights come from?

Every set of Biongine results is reviewed by our clinicians, who interpret your biomarkers in the context of the most up-to-date medical knowledge. Insights are based on published, peer-reviewed studies from leading scientific journals, as well as international clinical guidelines and expert recommendations.

This means your results are not just numbers. They are translated into clear, evidence-based explanations and wellness recommendations, tailored to your unique biology and needs. With Biongine, you can be confident that every insight is grounded in rigorous science and reviewed by trained professionals.

When will I get my results?

Most results are available in your Biongine dashboard within a week after your lab visit. Once all the results are in, a Biongine clinician carefully reviews your complete panel and provides a summary with interpretations and recommendations, usually within a week.

Will I receive a digital copy?

You can download a digital PDF copy directly from the Biongine platform. This official report can be downloaded anytime and shared with your doctor, family, or anyone you choose.

Why do I need to test every six months?

Your health is never static. It’s constantly adapting to what you eat, how you sleep, the stress you’re under, your activity level, and even your environment. A single blood test is only a snapshot. Biongine exists to move beyond snapshots and help you see the movie - the ongoing story of your health, your biology.

Testing twice a year is the sweet spot. The first test builds your personal baseline, showing you where you stand today. The second test, a few months later, reveals the direction of change: are things improving, holding steady, or drifting in the wrong way? This rhythm gives you the power to measure the impact of lifestyle choices, catch early warning signs, and adjust course before small changes turn into bigger problems.

At Biongine, we believe prevention is about trends, not one-offs. That’s why every membership allows a choice between one or two comprehensive tests per year, so you’re not just reacting to illness, but actively steering your health.

What happens if something urgent shows up in my results?

If a critical value is detected, a Biongine clinician will contact you right away –typically by phone, and we’ll also follow up via in-app notification or email. We’ll explain what the result means, share your report, and advise on the next immediate step (for example, contacting your GP/specialist, repeating a test, or seeking urgent care if appropriate). Your dashboard will clearly flag the result so you can share it quickly with your doctor.

Note: Biongine isn’t an emergency service. If you’re experiencing urgent symptoms, call your local emergency number first.

What features are included in the Biongine platform?

After your first test, you’ll gain access to your personal Biongine dashboard - a secure platform where all your lab results are displayed and tracked over time. Every result comes with clear explanations and clinician-reviewed insights, making complex data easy to understand and act on.

What makes Biongine unique is that your health record doesn’t stay static. As you test, the platform builds a living map of your biology, your digital heath twin, helping you spot trends, measure progress, and make more informed decisions.

And we’re just getting started. Future versions of Biongine will include AI-powered and machine learning features designed to cross-check signals across your biomarkers, surface deeper patterns, and deliver even more personalized preventive insights.

How does Biongine plan to use AI to analyze my data?

We are building Biongine Intelligence, which will learn from you. The Biongine will apply advanced machine-learning to your results over time to spot subtle shifts and trends early. Beyond single numbers, Biongine Intelligence will cross-link related biomarkers across physiological domains, so we can surface patterns that a one-off test (or a single biomarker) would miss.

Traditional care often collects labs only when something’s wrong, which leaves big gaps. By testing regularly, you create a continuous, personal dataset your health digital twin. The more history you build, the more precisely our models will connect signals across medical and health domains, distinguish noise from meaningful change, and highlight next best steps for prevention. This isn’t about averages or population-level guesses. With Biongine Intelligence, AI is working on your biology, helping you see where your health is heading and how small actions today can shape your future well-being.

Important notice: Insights are designed to inform proactive lifestyle and wellness decisions; Biongine does not provide medical diagnoses or treatments.

That means no deductibles, no co-pays, and no surprise bills, just clear, upfront pricing so you know exactly what you’re investing in.

Think of it this way: just like a gym membership or healthier food choices, Biongine is an investment in staying well rather than waiting to get sick. For many of our members, the peace of mind that comes from understanding their health early - and taking action before problems arise - is worth far more than the cost.

We are actively working to make Biongine even more accessible – wherever you take care of your health. Our aspiration is to one day be recognized within the National Health System. We are getting there and when it happens, our members will be the very first to know.

However, it is important to note that, as a registered medical provider, Biongine is legally obliged to retain certain medical records for a defined period in line with EU and national healthcare laws. This requirement exists to ensure patient safety, the integrity of medical documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Outside of these legal obligations, your health data is entirely under your control.

Who will have access to my results?

Your results are your personal information, and access to them is strictly limited. You will always be able to see your results through your secure Biongine account. Our accredited partner laboratories will access your samples in order to process and validate them. Biongine clinicians will review your results and prepare wellness recommendations for you. In certain cases, authorized Biongine administrators may also access your results, but only when this is strictly necessary, for example to provide technical support.

As a registered medical provider, Biongine may also be legally required to share specific test results with national or regional health authorities for public health purposes, such as infectious disease monitoring. This is always done in accordance with EU and local laws.

We never share your results with employers, insurers, or other third parties without your explicit consent.
