About Biongine 3

What is Biongine?

Biongine is your personal health engine - a platform that unlocks the hidden signals of your biology and transforms them into a roadmap for a longer, healthier life. By measuring dozens of biomarkers across your heart, hormones, metabolism, immunity, and more, Biongine reveals how your body is truly performing.

And because your health is constantly changing, Biongine doesn’t stop at one test; we help you track your biology over time, spot subtle shifts before they become problems, and act with confidence.

Think of it as moving beyond check-ups and wearables. Biongine gives you a living record of your health, powered by data, grounded in science, and designed to keep you in control of your future.

Is Biongine a medical service?

Biongine is a registered healthcare provider focused on prevention rather than clinical treatment. We use high-quality laboratory testing, the same grade used in hospitals, to illuminate how your body is functioning and translate those findings into clear, evidence-based wellness guidance you can act on.

Qualified clinicians review your results and provide practical next steps to support healthier habits and informed conversations with your doctor. However, we don’t diagnose diseases, prescribe medications, or manage treatment plans. Those clinical decisions remain with your physician.

Think of Biongine as your early-warning system—helping you track trends in your biology so you and your doctor can step in sooner and with greater confidence.

Where does Biongine operate?

We currently operate across the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Getting Started 8

What does a Biongine membership provide?

A Biongine membership gives you:

  • 90+ biomarkers will be tested twice a year to track changes.
  • Insights from top doctors based on your results.
  • Comprehensive interpretation of your results provided by a clinician to help you understand your data.
  • Personalized recommendations to help you improve or optimize your health and wellbeing
  • Access to a dashboard to securely store, visualize, and monitor your health data.
  • Option to purchase additional tests to dive deeper into your health and physiology.
Who needs Biongine?

Starting early has important advantages: the sooner you build your personal health baseline, the sooner you can observe how your body changes over time. Tracking these trends empowers you to make smarter, more proactive decisions about your long-term health.

Our services are not suitable for minors or for individuals unable to give informed consent. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Biongine.

How to sign up?

You can create an account directly on our website. During registration, you’ll be asked to purchase the subscription, provide basic personal information and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How much is Biongine subscription?

At Biongine, we strive to bring the best price for the most comprehensive preventive health services available. As Biongine is a pan European organization, the prices can vary by country. Currently, the subscription is available for 689 Euro in Poland and the UK.

How long is my Biongine subscription cycle?

The subscription cycle is 12 months from the day you make the payment. We recommend that you schedule your first lab visit within 1-2 weeks from signing up to derive the maximum benefit from the best preventive health platform in Europe. Important notice: You can schedule your 2nd lab visit no sooner than four months from your first lab visit. A minimum of three months is recommended between the lab tests to allow time for the recommended and implemented health changes to take effect.

What more does Biongine offer than my regular doctor?

A typical check-up only scratches the surface, often just a handful of routine labs related to symptoms you may be experiencing. Biongine goes much deeper. We look at dozens of biomarkers across your heart, thyroid, hormones, metabolism, liver, kidneys, nutrient status, and more, giving you a far more complete picture of your biology. What makes Biongine different is continuity and personalization: your results are tracked over time so you can see patterns, not just snapshots. On top of that, we transform complex data into clear, personalized insights drawn from the latest scientific and medical knowledge. Unlike a single doctor’s visit, Biongine gives you an ongoing, data-driven view of your health journey.

How does Biongine compare to my annual physical?

An annual physical is often a quick snapshot; a stethoscope on your chest, a handful of routine labs, and you’re sent on your way until next year. Biongine takes a very different approach. Prevention isn’t about a single data point once a year - it’s about building a living record of your biology.

With Biongine, you get access to a much broader range of blood tests than a standard physical would typically cover: from cardiovascular and metabolic health to hormones, nutrient balance, immunity, and early risk markers. But the real value is in the continuity: we track your biomarkers across time and cross-check signals across different systems in the body. That way, we can highlight whether a shift in your results is just a temporary fluctuation or an early sign worth paying attention to.

Our platform doesn’t just give you numbers, it transforms them into clear, actionable insights. And because your data is organized in one place, you can share it easily with your doctor, giving them a far richer picture than a one-off appointment could provide.

Biongine is about turning routine lab work into an ongoing health engine, helping you spot patterns, understand trends, and act early, rather than waiting for problems to appear.

Does Biongine integrate with wearables or health apps like Oura, Whoop, or Apple Health?

Not yet. At this stage, Biongine focuses on providing the most accurate and comprehensive blood biomarker testing. However, we are actively exploring integrations with leading wearables and health apps so you can see even more of your health data in one place. Stay tuned, our members will be the first to know as soon as this becomes available.

Lab Tests 12

Which tests are included with a Biongine membership?

Biongine membership gives you access to a comprehensive blood panel that goes far beyond standard check-ups. We cover key systems - heart, thyroid, liver, kidneys, hormones, metabolism, nutrient levels, inflammation markers, and immune health - so you can see how your body is performing as a whole.

But we don’t stop there. Biongine is designed to evolve with science. As new biomarkers and testing technologies become validated, we integrate them into our platform so you always have access to the most up-to-date insights. This means your membership isn’t just a set of fixed labs. It’s a continuously expanding window into your health.

For those who want to go deeper, advanced add-on tests may be available at an additional cost. These can include highly specialized panels or cutting-edge markers under active research. Our goal is to give you the broadest and most meaningful picture of your health - today and in the years ahead.

Why don’t I already get these tests when I visit my doctor?

Traditional healthcare is designed to react to illness. In most systems, doctors only order specific blood tests once there are clear symptoms or a diagnosed condition. That means you’re often tested after a problem has already developed.

Getting a broad panel through your doctor usually means:

  • Convincing a physician to order dozens of tests at once (which most won’t do without a medical reason).
  • Hoping your national health system or insurance will cover them (often they don’t).
  • Paying out-of-pocket for advanced tests, with little transparency on cost.
  • Receiving results after a long wait and without context or clarity you need to understand them.

Biongine turns this model around. We make whole-body testing accessible without gatekeeping, bundle it into a single membership, and give you clear explanations in plain language. No hidden costs. No medical jargon. Just proactive insights that help you act before issues become problems.

What are biomarkers?

Biomarkers are measurable signals from your body; things like cholesterol, blood sugar, hormone levels, or markers of inflammation. They show how your organs and systems are working. By tracking biomarkers over time, Biongine helps you see patterns in your health early, long before symptoms appear.

Do biomarkers change naturally?

Yes. Your body is dynamic. Daily factors like food, sleep, stress, movement, and even your environment all leave a trace in your biomarkers. That’s why a single test is just a snapshot. With Biongine, regular testing lets you see the bigger picture: how your biology shifts over time and what actions help you steer it in a healthier direction.

How were the tests in Biongine membership selected?

The Biongine panel wasn’t built at random. It was designed by a team of experienced physicians and PhDs, drawing on volumes of peer-reviewed research and the principles of evidence-based medicine. Each test was chosen for its ability to reveal early signals of risk, uncover root causes, and give you meaningful insights into your long-term health. Our goal is simple: to provide data you can trust - grounded in science - so you can take action before small changes turn into bigger problems.

Is Biongine comprehensive for both women’s and men’s health?

Yes. Biongine is built to see the body as an interconnected system, not a collection of isolated symptoms. Our testing covers the essentials for everyone, including heart health, metabolism, thyroid, hormones, nutrient status, and more. For women and men alike, fertility-related hormones are included, since they play a vital role in overall health and can be important for those planning a family.

Your biology is complex, and so is prevention. That’s why Biongine goes beyond a narrow focus, giving you a whole-body view that helps you and your doctor make more informed decisions about your health, today and for the future.

What add-ons tests are available?

In addition to the core Biongine panel, we are continuously working with medical experts and researchers to identify the most impactful advanced tests to support deeper insights into your health. As science evolves, so will our offering, ensuring you always have access to the most relevant and evidence-based options.

A full list of currently available add-on tests can be found here. All add-on tests are purchased separately, and their results will appear seamlessly in your Biongine dashboard alongside your core results.

How accurate are the tests?

Accuracy is at the core of Biongine. All samples are processed in accredited partner laboratories that meet strict international standards, including ISO 15189 for medical laboratories, ISO 9001 for quality management, and ISO/IEC 27001 for information security.
Your blood samples are collected by licensed medical professionals and analyzed using advanced, state-of-the-art equipment. This ensures that every result you see in your Biongine dashboard is generated to the highest standards of reliability and safety, trusted by doctors and researchers worldwide.

Can Biongine diagnose conditions or explain my symptoms?

Biongine is a registered healthcare provider, and every set of lab results is carefully reviewed by trained clinicians. From there, we translate complex data into clear, evidence-based health and wellness recommendations, giving you the knowledge to make smarter choices for your lifestyle and long-term well-being.

That said, Biongine does not provide medical diagnoses or treatments. While our testing panels are the same ones used in clinical practice, and our clinicians guide you with context and preventive insights, only your personal physician can formally diagnose a condition or prescribe care.

Think of Biongine as your health compass: we help you detect patterns, uncover potential imbalances, and understand the connections between your biology and how you feel; whether it’s energy, mood, or sleep. Our mission is to empower you with clarity today, so you and your doctor can act earlier and with more confidence tomorrow.

How, where and when of your first lab test.

After signing up for Biongine, you will need to login to your account where you will navigate through the on-boarding path. One of the tasks on the way to unlocking the platform will be to register for the lab test. You will look through the available lab locations and pick one the most convenient to you. You do not need to pick a specific day or time. You just need to show up at the lab during their operating hours and provide them your ID and the order number displayed in your dashboard after logging in and purchasing the membership. The staff will take care of the rest.

How many lab visits are required for each test?

For most people, the blood draw can be completed in a single visit. In some cases, for example, if you have an active menstrual cycle and specific hormone timing is important, a second visit may be recommended to ensure the most accurate results.

When you register for your test, Biongine will provide clear instructions tailored to your situation, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Pro tip: staying well-hydrated helps improve blood flow and can make your blood draw faster and more comfortable.

How often should I get tested?

With Biongine, prevention is an ongoing journey. Your membership is designed around a yearly cycle: one comprehensive panel at the start of your membership to understand what is your baseline, followed by a second check-in about four to six months later. This way, you can see how your body is changing and measure the impact of the choices you’ve made along the way.

Important notice: your second lab visit can be scheduled no sooner than four months after the first. We recommend leaving at least three months between tests so that any lifestyle adjustments have time to show up in your results.

Beyond the two included tests, advanced add-on panels are always available as “anytime tests.” You can purchase them whenever you or your doctor want a deeper look into something specific, such as cancer risk, infections, or allergies.

Preparing for
Tests 4

How much blood do I have to give per visit?

Even though your Biongine panel covers over 90 markers, the amount of blood taken is quite small, usually around 35 milliliters. For comparison, a standard blood donation is about 500 milliliters, which is roughly fourteen times more. Most people are surprised by how little it actually is.

To make the process smoother, we recommend arriving well-hydrated. Good hydration improves blood flow and usually makes the draw faster and more comfortable.

Do I need a prescription to order a test?

No prescription is needed. All of your lab tests are ordered and reviewed directly by licensed Biongine clinicians. That means you can skip the paperwork and get started right away, while still knowing that your results are handled under proper medical oversight.

Do I need to fast?

Yes, for most panels we ask that you fast for about eight hours beforehand. Water is fine, but skip food and drinks with calories. Fasting helps ensure that key biomarkers, like blood sugar and lipids, are measured accurately. We also recommend coming in well-hydrated, since good hydration makes the blood draw quicker and easier.

For hormone markers such as testosterone and cortisol, a morning appointment usually gives the most reliable results. If you forget to fast, don’t worry, the test can still be done, but some results may not reflect your true baseline.

If I’m on hormonal birth control, what fertility tests are included?

Biongine runs nearly all standard hormone-related tests - including thyroid markers like TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and many others. The only exceptions are Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Estradiol, and Luteinizing Hormone (LH), since hormonal birth control can significantly distort these results.

This way, you still receive a comprehensive picture of your hormonal health without results that could be misleading.

Understanding Test Results 8

Will my results come with explanations?

Yes. With Biongine, you won’t just see numbers on a page. You’ll get clear explanations of what they mean. Some of your results may appear in your dashboard as soon as they’re ready, while the full panel is carefully reviewed by a Biongine clinician. Once that review is complete, you’ll receive a summary with professional interpretation and personalized wellness recommendations. This usually happens within a week, giving you both speed and depth in understanding your results.

Our goal goes beyond simply reporting data. Biongine helps you see trends in your biomarkers over time and connect them to actionable steps, so you can make informed choices that support your long-term health.

Where do Biongine’s test insights come from?

Every set of Biongine results is reviewed by our clinicians, who interpret your biomarkers in the context of the most up-to-date medical knowledge. Insights are based on published, peer-reviewed studies from leading scientific journals, as well as international clinical guidelines and expert recommendations.

This means your results are not just numbers. They are translated into clear, evidence-based explanations and wellness recommendations, tailored to your unique biology. With Biongine, you can be confident that every insight is grounded in rigorous science and reviewed by trained professionals.

When will I get my results?

Most results are available in your Biongine dashboard within a week after your lab visit. Once everything is ready, a Biongine clinician carefully reviews your complete panel and provides a summary with interpretations and recommendations, usually within a week.

Will I receive a digital copy?

You can download a digital PDF copy directly from the Biongine platform. This official report can be downloaded anytime and shared with your doctor, family, or anyone you choose.

Why do I need to test every six months?

Your health is never static. It’s constantly adapting to what you eat, how you sleep, the stress you’re under, your activity level, and even your environment. A single blood test is only a snapshot. Biongine exists to move beyond snapshots and help you see the movie - the ongoing story of your health, your biology.

Testing twice a year is the sweet spot. The first test builds your personal baseline, showing you where you stand today. The second test, a few months later, reveals the direction of change: are things improving, holding steady, or drifting in the wrong way? This rhythm gives you the power to measure the impact of lifestyle choices, catch early warning signs, and adjust course before small changes turn into bigger problems.

At Biongine, we believe prevention is about trends, not one-offs. That’s why every membership is built around at least two comprehensive tests per year, so you’re not just reacting to illness, but actively steering your health.

What happens if something urgent shows up in my results?

If a critical value is detected, a Biongine clinician will contact you right away—typically by phone, and we’ll also follow up via in-app notification or email. We’ll explain what the result means, share your report, and advise on the next immediate step (for example, contacting your GP/specialist, repeating a test, or seeking urgent care if appropriate). Your dashboard will clearly flag the result so you can share it quickly with your doctor.

Note: Biongine isn’t an emergency service. If you’re experiencing urgent symptoms, call your local emergency number first.

What features are included in the Biongine platform?

After your first test, you’ll gain access to your personal Biongine dashboard - a secure platform where all your lab results are displayed, compared, and tracked over time. Every result comes with clear explanations and clinician-reviewed insights, making complex data easy to understand and act on.

What makes Biongine unique is that your health record doesn’t stay static. As you test, the platform builds a living map of your biology, helping you spot trends, measure progress, and make more informed decisions.

And we’re just getting started. Future versions of Biongine will include AI-powered and machine learning features designed to cross-check signals across your biomarkers, surface deeper patterns, and deliver even more personalized preventive insights.

How does Biongine plan to use AI to analyze my data?

We are building Biongine Intelligence, which will learn from you. The Bio(e)ngine will apply advanced machine-learning to your results over time to spot subtle shifts and trends early. Beyond single numbers, Biongine Intelligence will cross-link related biomarkers across systems, for example, pairing thyroid markers with lipids, iron status with inflammation and liver enzymes, or glucose dynamics with cortisol, so we can surface patterns that a one-off test (or a single marker) would miss.

Traditional care often collects labs only when something’s wrong, which leaves big gaps. By testing regularly, you create a continuous, personal dataset—your health digital twin. The more history you build, the more precisely our models will connect signals across physiological domains, distinguish noise from meaningful change, and highlight next best steps for prevention. This isn’t about averages or population-level guesses. With Biongine Intelligence, AI is working on your biology, helping you see where your health is heading and how small actions today can shape your future well-being.

Important notice: Insights are designed to inform proactive lifestyle and wellness decisions; Biongine does not provide medical diagnoses or treatments.

Is insurance involved, or can my membership be reimbursed?

At this time, Biongine is an out-of-pocket service. We don’t work with insurance providers, and memberships are not covered by national health systems or private insurers. That means no deductibles, no co-pays, and no surprise bills, just clear, upfront pricing so you know exactly what you’re investing in.

Think of it this way: just like a gym membership or healthier food choices, Biongine is an investment in staying well rather than waiting to get sick. For many of our members, the peace of mind that comes from understanding their health early - and taking action before problems arise - is worth far more than the cost.

We are actively working to make Biongine accessible through more channels. Our aspiration is to one day be recognized within the National Health System, but we’re not there yet. When that milestone comes, our members will be the very first to know.

What is Biongine’s refund policy?

You can cancel your Biongine membership at any time directly from your account settings. While payments that have already been made are non-refundable, you will continue to have full access to your results and dashboard until the end of your current billing cycle.

We believe that once you see what Biongine has to offer, you’ll want to stay with us for years - that’s why we don’t hide the user management panel.

If you choose, you can download, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time under GDPR. Full details on how your information is processed can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Important notice: While you may delete your Biongine account, as a registered medical entity we are legally required to retain certain medical records for a defined period in accordance with EU and national laws (for example, Poland and the UK). This obligation ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and the integrity of your medical history.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other European privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. In your Biongine account, you can remove your information, and once deleted it cannot be recovered.

However, it is important to note that, as a registered medical provider, Biongine is legally obliged to retain certain medical records for a defined period in line with EU and national healthcare laws. This requirement exists to ensure patient safety, the integrity of medical documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Outside of these legal obligations, your health data is entirely under your control.

Who will have access to my results?

Your results are your personal information, and access to them is strictly limited. You will always be able to see your results through your secure Biongine account. Our accredited partner laboratories will access your samples in order to process and validate them. Biongine clinicians will review your results and prepare wellness recommendations for you. In certain cases, authorized Biongine administrators may also access your results, but only when this is strictly necessary, for example to provide technical support.

As a registered medical provider, Biongine may also be legally required to share specific test results with national or regional health authorities for public health purposes, such as infectious disease monitoring. This is always done in accordance with EU and local laws.

We never share your results with employers, insurers, or other third parties without your explicit consent.
